Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. We need to sleep every night. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed.
